Appointment Policy
• Please arrive on time to ensure your full treatment duration.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time.
• No-shows or late cancellations will not result in a refund.
Lash & Brow Preparation
• Please arrive with clean lashes and brows, free from makeup, oils, or residue.
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment, if you’re sensitive or prone to twitching.
• Infills are available for existing sets done by ALT or other lash technicians.
Contraindications
For safety reasons, we may not be able to perform services if you have:
• Eye infections, conjunctivitis, stye or irritation.
• Recent eye surgery (within 6-8 week unless cleared by a doctor).
• Allergic reactions to lash/brow products.
• Open wound skin conditions in the treatment area.
Aftercare & Products
Maintain your lashes with our lash cleanser, serum, and accessories available in-store and online. Enjoy exclusive discounts on selected after-care products when booked with a lash or brow appointment.
Guests & Children
• For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments unless approved prior.
Content & Results
• Results or inspiration images may vary depending on natural lashes/brows and aftercare.
• By attending your appointment, your consent to photos/videos being taken for marketing unless you advise otherwise.
Payments & Deposits
• Full upfront payment are required to secure bookings.
• All payments are non-refundable on completed lash and brow services.
