At Aesthetic Lash Therapy (ALT), we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.
Lash & Brow Services
Due to the nature of beauty services:
No refunds are provided for lash or brow services once the service has been completed.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and offer a reasonable solution where appropriate.
Product Returns
We accept returns only on unused and unopened products.
To be eligible for a return:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic, skincare, or beauty products cannot be returned or refunded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns
Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
