All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed during promotions or peak periods may experience slight delays.

All shipped orders are sent via Australia Post (AusPost).

• Internationally via Australia Post International services

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel weight, and selected Australia Post service.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

• Standard International: 7–21 business days

• Express International: Delivery times vary by destination

Order Tracking

For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delays & Lost Parcels

Aesthetic Lash Therapy (ALT) is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping or collection details are correct at checkout.

ALT is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Click & Collect – Byford ALT Studio

We offer Click & Collect from our Byford ALT Studio.

How it works:

• Select Click & Collect at checkout

• You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection

• Collection is available during selected studio or store hours

Collection times will be provided in your confirmation email
